Terms and Conditions of use of the Site In-Parts.

To make your order you must register at our online store.

All orders will only be sent with receipt of and confirmation of payment.

The data provided is confidential, it only serves for communication between the client and the In-Parts, processing your order, billing and delivery.

A In-Parts reserves the right not to accept the registration or not to send goods, if you notice any dubious procedure or information.

A In-Parts undertakes to comply with all existing legislation on distance sales and e-commerce, namely Decree-Law 143/2001, Decree-Law 07/2004, as well as other legal provisions in force that apply to this business.

All articles include VAT at the legal rate in force (23%) and may be amended at any time and without notice.

We are not responsible for occurrences of error due to anomalies or computer problems.

In the case of incorrect prices / typographical errors/out of stock/image error, in which the customer has already paid, the immediate and full return of the paid amount is expected.

Orders and Shipping

Countries and regions where we can receive our Orders:

- Portugal Continental, Madeira Islands and Azores. European Union countries.

Transportation via conveyor.

A In-Parts works with several carriers.

The customer must choose which delivery service provider during the ordering process. All orders will be included with reception notice.

The value of the shipping ports depends on the carrier and/or order volume.

The Customer is informed of the value of the ports during and before completing the ordering process.

Stocks:

Indications;

"In Stock": Expression used for when the Stock exists in warehouse, shipment on its own day on orders made and with confirmed payment until 15h.

"No Stock or on order": Expression used for when the stock does not exist in our warehouse. Products with this indication may be ordered and delivered with periods exceeding normal.

If the delivery time exceeds 15 days, the customer will be notified and the corresponding amount will be returned.

Due to the history and experience gained by In-Parts it is possible that there are products prevented from reconnecting the purchase with limited stock, due to the exaggerated and indeterminate time of delivery of orders by suppliers.

Payment methods.

A In-Parts features various forms of payment in your On-Line store, Paypal and Multibank Reference and Credit Card.

Returns:

A In-Parts it undertakes to comply with the terms of Article 6(1) of Decree-Law 143/2001 of 26 April, which stipulates that "in distance contracts the consumer has a period of 14 days to resolve the contract without payment of compensation and without needing to indicate the reason.

Litigation and Complaints
